*All Sponsors and donors must submit paperwork, with payment, by November 8th to be included in event media.
*Current Chamber members will receive 5% off of sponsorship costs if payment is received by November 25th.
* All sponsors to provide their own banners, except where noted. Banners should be brought to Reading Cooperative Bank, 170 Park Street, North Reading by November 20th.
**Per town ordinance, the maximum banner size allowable is 3' x 5'.

Presenting Sponsor $1,000 - Your business will be acknowleged in the event remarks and your logo will be featured prominently on all sandwich boards and event signage. The Chamber will create a custom 36" x 60” banner acknowledging your sponsorship to be hung in your business from November 20, 2018 – January 2019 (or as long as you wish) to highlight the holiday season and provide exposure for your business for the month of December. Additionally, your business logo on the top of all sandwich boards at the event and on all event media, and a hotlink on Chamber website. Your (maximum size 3' x 5') banner to be hung prominently at the Tree Lighting Celebration.
Bounce House Sponsor $600 – Bounce house will be located on the Town Common during the event. Your (maximum size 3' x 5') banner or sign will be in front of the bounce house. Your company will be featured in the event press releases.
Event Banner Sponsorship $250 - Your business will be acknowledged on our website with a business link, inclusion in all press releases, signage at the event and standard sized banner (maximum size 3’ x 5’) will be hung on the hayride, trolley or at the stop.
Character Sponsorship $200 - A holiday character will roam the festival and will be joined by an elf holding your sponsorship sign. The Chamber supplies costume, actors and signs.
Patriot’s Game Sponsor - $500 Because the Pat’s are playing at 1pm during the Celebration, we will have the game playing live on the side of a “Motion Media” truck. Your logo will be displayed on the back screen throughout the event. Your sponsorship will be noted on event website with a business link and logo, and your business will be included in all press releases for the event.
Live Ice Sculpture: $300 (Limited 4) – A professional ice sculptor will bring a large chunk of ice to the North Reading Town Common for our event, and during the tree lighting and he will carve it using tools and a chainsaw into a work of art. This is a fascinating process for families to watch and enjoy during the event.
Pony Rides $600 (Limit 1) – We will offer 2 ponies and attendants which children can ride during the event. Your (maximum size 3' x 5') banner will be hung at the pony ride, your business will be listed on the event page and you will be included in all event media.
DJ Sponsor $250 – Your (maximum size 3' x 5') banner will be featured at the DJ, who will provide music and announcements during the event. Your company will be featured in the press release.
Mistletoe Sponsorship $150 – Custom 24 x 36” signage will be made by the Chamber and will be featured at the event.
Food vendors: - Over 1,000 people will attend this annual event on the North Reading Town Common. Restaurants are permitted to sell food or provide free samples. For those opting to sell food, the recommended price should not exceed $7.00. You will be responsible for obtaining a food permit at Town Hall for the event, and will supply your own table(s), pop-up tent(s), generator, servers, cutlery, etc. All registrations received by November 8th will be included in our press releases and event signage. Restaurant locations will be on a first come, first served basis according to registration date.
