Director of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Family and Medical Leave. Responsible for implementing and overseeing the day to day administration, finance, and operations of this newly created program. Working with internal and external stakeholders to develop efficient and streamlined operations to achieve departmental goals. Oversee program's regulatory process, vendor relationships, business processes and stakeholder engagement. Developing communication strategies associated with the program's operational requirements for a variety of audiences, including citizens, employers, employees, and other state agencies.
Previous Experience:
ATC Group Services, LLC f/k./a Environmental Compliance Services, Inc. - Corporate Counsel for nationwide environmental consulting and engineering company. Developed companywide procedures for Environmental Due Diligence, Government Relations, Insurance, Claims Administration, Litigation Oversight, Portfolio Acquisition, Process Improvement, Regulatory Filings and Appeals, Environmental Auditing, and Safety Management Systems.
Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School
Bachelor of Science in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy
