AprilFest 2026

What is Winterfest AprilFest?

AprilFest is our outdoor celebration of downtown Reading. Established in 2022, it was created by the Chamber to bring the community together in a family-friendly environment as the coldest days of winter start to fade. This year we will celebrating it as the longer days of spring invite us back outside.

This is a free event, with activities paid for by local sponsors and local business vendor booth registrations.

There will be fire tables and s'mores, music, local food, beer and wine vendors, ice sculptures, and more. Stroll the downtown, pop into stores and restaurants, and make memories.

Sponsoring at AprilFest demonstrates your commitment to the local community. Some sponsorships include the opportunity to have your own booth to share information and speak directly to new and potential customers.

• Opportunity to have a vendor booth at the event and hand out branded items/giveaways
• Members - $150
• Non-Members - $200
• Non-profit - $75
• Registrations refundable until March 20 less a $25 processing charge. No refunds after that date.

• Food and non-alcoholic beverages - $50
• Beer & wine vendors - $125
• Registrations refundable until March 20 less a $25 processing charge. No refunds after that date.

• Logo exclusive on printed promotional signage and social media promotions
• Custom ice sculpture of your logo (or other mutually agreed upon seasonal design) to be created and lit downtown on April 16th
• Opportunity to have a vendor booth at the event and hand out branded items/giveaways
• Banner to be hung prominently on the common on April 16th
• Logo prominent on event website and your business will be acknowledged in event media and press release
• Complementary booth at North Reading Town Day (September 2026) and the Reading Fall Beer Garden (October 2026). $300-$400 value

• Custom ice sculpture of your logo (or other mutually agreed upon seasonal design) to be created and lit downtown on April 16th
• Opportunity to have a vendor booth at the event and hand out branded items/giveaways
• Banner to be hung prominently on the common on March 5th
• Inclusion on event website, media and press release

• Your name printed on the wristbands required for Beer Garden purchases
