About Us

Spice Weasel was founded by two friends growing peppers to try and recreate one of the many perfect spicy momo sauces from Sikkim, accidentally buying too many different pepper plants for our tech inspired greenhouse (with no tech in it, that’s all in the basement farm), making a delicious salsa from all the ingredients we had, and now hunting for an excuse to grow more and more peppers, and make more and more sauce! Literally homegrown here in Reading, Massachusetts, we’re proud to serve delicious sauces with ingredients as fresh as can be.
