About Us

Skin Collective Aesthetics is a nurse practitioner-owned medical spa in Reading, Massachusetts, founded and operated by Heather Pisapia, MSN, NP-C. Heather is the practice’s sole provider, so clients work directly with her from their first consultation through treatment and follow-up.

With more than 20 years of experience in critical care and surgical medicine, she brings a clinical eye, careful technique, and a personal approach to aesthetic care. She takes time to listen, explain options, and develop a treatment plan around each client’s goals—whether they want a subtle refresh, improved skin quality, or help with a specific concern.

Heather offers wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, biostimulatory treatments, PRP/PRF, RF microneedling, CO2 laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and customized skin treatments. Her focus is on thoughtful care, safety, balance, and natural-looking results in a welcoming, one-on-one setting.
