Position Overview:
The Warehouse & Facilities Assistant is a hands-on support role responsible for assisting our distribution arm with warehouse tasks, facility upkeep, deliveries, and general day-to-day support needs. This position ensures the warehouse, office, and surrounding property remain organized, functional, and ready to support daily business operations.
This role is intentionally broad and requires flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Core Responsibilities:

Warehouse Support

• Receive, organize, and stage inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for contractors and customers
• Load, unload, lift, and move materials weighing 25 - 100+ lbs.
• Assist with deliveries and local drop-offs
• Support contractors during pickups and order fulfillment
• Take photos of inventory, deliveries, or job-related items upon request

Facilities & Grounds Support

• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness around the building interior/exterior. Place trash outside weekly
• Refill water stations and keep breakroom and supply areas stocked

Team Support
? Support warehouse staff, managers, and office team as needed
? Assist with events and special projects
? Perform additional support tasks as required to keep daily operations running smoothly
? Run company errands including bank runs, supply pickups, and drop-offs, transport materials, documents, or equipment as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to lift, push, and move 25 - 100+ bs
• Comfortable with physical labor and varied tasks
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record is a must nonnegotiable
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus

Work Environment & Expectations
This is an active, hands-on role with responsibilities that may change daily based on business needs. Flexibility and willingness to assist across departments are essential. Candidates must be flexible with working hours. To start the position is Part-time hours during off season 9:00 am to 3:00 pm with option of full-time during holiday peak season 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. This is a five day a week position.
