Teen Job Fair and Volunteer Fair
We would like to invite you to the 3rd annual Teen Job and Volunteer Fair at the Reading Public Library on Thursday, March 26 from 5:00-7:00 p.m.
The Library receives numerous requests from teens for volunteer and job opportunities. It's a natural fit for us to offer a Fair showcasing all the wonderful possibilities in Reading and the surrounding communities. Non-profit organizations, commercial businesses and town departments are invited to set up an information table at this Fair.
Reasons to participate:
- Share your organization/business mission and the opportunities you have available to students (grades 8-12, ages 13-18 yrs.) in person. Share seasonal employment openings, internships (paid/unpaid), volunteer opportunities or job shadowing. Bring along job/volunteer applications.
- Come be a part of building a great community, serving the needs of our young people and providing service for your organization/business.
- Offers a chance for teens to increase their job skills, provide networking opportunities, create new friendships and provide a sense of purpose and accomplishment in aiding their community.
Not able to attend in person but would like to send information? Feel free to drop off, email, fax, or mail material to Reading Public Library, Attn: Susan L. Beauregard, 64 Middlesex Avenue, Reading, MA 01867. Fax: 781-942-5460 beauregard@noblenet.org
To participate and reserve a table, please register by March 19 at the following link:
