Friend of Town Day
North Reading Town Day is one of the signature events hosted by the Chamber. Town Day has become one of the most successful annual events in North Reading with an estimated 3-4,000 attendees. We are excited to bring this event back in 2026.
Thanks to the support from the local community and the businesses who sponsor Town Day, we exceeded our capacity in 2025. We had over 95 vendor booths, 12 food vendors, and lots of entertainment options that brought families from throughout the area to Ipswich River Park in North Reading.
For 2026, we will be limiting registration to the first 85 vendors who register AND pay their booth fee. REGISTRATION FOR FOOD VENDORS IS SOLD OUT BUT YOU CAN REQUEST TO BE WAIT-LISTED BELOW.
Booth exhibitors get to meet face to face with current and potential new customers. Sponsors get wide ranging exposure throughout the region and elevate your business as a valuable member of the community.

You will need to bring your own tent, table, chairs, and any other items for your booth. Electricity is not available so bring your own generator if needed. Note that free booth space is included in several of the event Sponsorship options below. Our booth spaces typically sell out so don't delay.
Single booth - Chamber Members: $150
Double booth - Chamber Members: $300
Single Booth - Non-Members: $250
Double Booth - Non-Members: $500
Single Booth - Non-Profit Organizations (limit 10): $40
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations of paid vendor booth registrations by August 31, 2026 will be refunded in full
- Cancellations of paid vendor booth registrations by September 14, 2026 will be refunded at 50%
- Cancellations made after midnight on September 14, 2026 will not be refunded.
- If you need to cancel after August 31, 2026, you may opt to transfer your vendor booth registration to another organization, only with the approval of the Reading-North Reading Chamber.

- The Registration cost includes the event food permit for the Town of North Reading.
- Additional fees for a caterer's permit from the community where your business is based are not included. If you do not have one, there is an additional $100 one-day fee due for the Town of North Reading, paid to the Chamber.
- You will be required by the North Reading Board of Health to show:
- Proof of insurance for this event
- A current Peddler's License from the State of Massachusetts.
- Other food safety documentation per the BOH.
- Cancellations after July 15th will not be refunded. No-shows will be considered cancellations.
