MBTA Commuinity Meeting
The town will hold an MBTA Communities Knowledge meeting this week. The meeting will focus on identifying potential zoning district locations and discussing setbacks and dimensional controls.
The meeting will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday in the Reading Library Community Room.
Passed in 2021, the state zoning law requires communities that host MBTA service create at least one multi-family housing district.
