Judy will run through 2 ten minute routines\, that are manageable and can be incorporated into your day.  \n\nRoutine 1:  Are you sitting more hours in a day than you should? This 10 minute routine is intended to "UNDO" the effects of prolonged sitting and restore pain free mobility throughout the body.\n\n\n\nRoutine 2:  Do you find you do not have consistent amounts of time to get a consistent exercise routine done? This routine is intended for those who have "varied amounts of time" to exercise. This routine presents several exercises to target all areas of the body and core.
