North Reading Town Day is one of the signature events hosted by the Chamber. In 2023 we had over 75 vendor booths, food trucks, and lots of entertainment options that brought thousands of people from throughout the area to Ipswich River Park in North Reading.

We are excited to bring this event back in 2024. Thanks to the support from local businesses who sponsor Town Day, we expect this year to be bigger than ever.

Sponsors get wide ranging exposure to people from throughout the region. Booth exhibitors get to meet face to face with new potential customers.

  
EXHIBITOR BOOTH SPACE - 10'x10'
You will need to bring your own tent, table, chairs, and any other items for your booth. Electricity is not available so bring your own generator if needed. Note that free booth space is included in several of the event Sponsorship options below. In 2023, we had several Exhibitors on a waiting list after all the spaces had been claimed, so don't delay.

Single booth - Chamber Members: $150
Double booth - Chamber Members: $300

Single Booth - Non-Members: $200
Double Booth - Non-Members: $400

Single Booth - Non-Profit Organizations: $40

  
FOOD/ RESTAURANT VENDOR SPACE - 10'x10' SOLD OUT
We will be limiting the number of food vendors and are seeking diverse options. We feel it helps our food vendors to not have competitors all serving the same kind of food and provides more variety for our attendees. Sign up early to secure your spot.

The Registration cost does not include additional permitting fees required by the Town of North Reading. We will work with you to help you through the permitting process. Electricity is not available so bring your own generator if needed.
